Emma-Kate is a Chartered Accountant with a broad background spanning audit and industry roles across multiple sectors. She holds a degree in Accounting and Finance, along with a Diploma in Forensic Accounting, both earned in Ireland.
She commenced her career in financial services audit, where she spent five years developing a strong foundation in financial reporting, risk management and compliance within a multinational environment. Emma-Kate has since built extensive experience across construction, not-for-profit and aviation sectors, holding financial accounting roles within both commercial and purpose-driven organisations, including a major international airline.
Her cross-sector experience provides a well-rounded perspective on financial management, operational efficiency and governance, supporting disciplined financial oversight and reporting within Natgen.
