Daniel brings extensive experience in urban planning, development management, and the delivery of complex projects across Queensland and New South Wales. He holds a Bachelor of Urban and Environmental Planning from Griffith University, complemented by additional studies in civil engineering, providing a strong technical and strategic foundation for development execution.

Across his career, Daniel has led and coordinated a diverse portfolio of land use and development projects, guiding them from early-stage feasibility through statutory approvals and into delivery. His expertise spans feasibility modelling, regulatory strategy, stakeholder engagement, and navigating complex planning frameworks, ensuring projects are structured for successful determination and construction outcomes.

Daniel is recognised for his disciplined approach to risk management, program coordination, and multi-disciplinary leadership. He balances commercial objectives with planning integrity, maintaining momentum across competing priorities while safeguarding long-term project value.
