Development Overview

Central Coomera Enterprise Park – Stage 1 consists of 10 premium Light Industry concrete tilt panel warehouses. The strata-titled warehouses range between 109m2 and 340m2, with the target sales market being small business owners seeking business premises (including those seeking to purchase within their superannuation fund) and investors seeking commercial investment assets.

The development was ‘code assessable’ under the local authority town planning scheme and thus no further development approval was required.

Throughout the due diligence process and the preliminary design phase, careful consideration was given to ensuring that the development met the market requirements as assessed by independent market experts.

The design includes the following features
  • Fully enclosed mezzanines with suspended ceilings;
  • Ample lighting to all areas;
  • Carpeting and air-conditioning;
  • 4.8m high roller doors with electric opening;
  • Wiring for 3 phase power throughout; and
  • Individual bathrooms and kitchenettes to all units.

  • Enhanced vehicular access due to 2 street frontage;
  • Disabled access and amenities;
  • Elevated aspect and prevailing breezes;
  • Contemporary design aesthetics;
  • Future communications infrastructure requirements;
