Construction and operation of a large-scale self-storage facility adjacent to the M1 motorway – one of the busiest roads in the country. The northern Gold Coast corridor is the epicentre of the growth of the Brisbane / Gold Coast corridor, with the Gold Coast expected to welcome approx. 500,000 new residents by 2046.
